Childers State School provides a welcoming and inclusive Prep to Year 6 environment.  Our Students benefit from strong literacy and numeracy programs, specialist subjects including Music, Physical Education, Digital Technologies and German, as well as outdoor education, instrumental music and sporting opportunities that support engagement and achievement across the school community.

About the Role

As Head of Department (Curriculum), you will lead curriculum priorities and support the delivery of quality learning outcomes for all students.

You will work collaboratively with staff to strengthen teaching practice, embed inclusive and socially just approaches, and maintain high expectations for student and staff performance.

The role also involves building strong partnerships with families and the broader community.
