We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our school community working one day per week.
In this role, you will contribute to the provision of a quality educational service by assisting and supporting teachers in the educational environment including preparation and delivery
of educational programs.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.13FTE), 10 hours per fortnight.

About our School:

We believe in a partnership between home and school and acknowledge the wonderful contribution of parents and the community. Our school consists of Primary classes Prep to Year 6. We also have a Special Education Program and an Early Childhood Development Program. We are situated in beautiful bush surrounds on the outskirts of Beerwah in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
About the Role:
- Contribute to the provision of a quality educational service by assisting and supporting teachers with the preparation and enhancement of learning materials and associated activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Work with individual students and small groups, including students with additional needs.
- Assist with classroom preparation, learning resources and administrative tasks.
- Supervise students during playground, bus duty, excursions and school activities.
- Support literacy and numeracy programs.
- Assist with student wellbeing, including first aid (training provided where required).
- Help maintain classroom equipment and learning environments.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and families while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
