About the Role:

The role combines technical data work with strategic project leadership, ideal for analytically minded project managers.

As the Project Officer you will contribute to the achievement of the department's organisational objectives by the completion of allocated projects and providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • You'll own an end-to-end data strategy - from gathering and validating to visualising and interpreting insights.
  • You'll deliver real, measurable impact, transforming data into outcomes that matter.
  • Within given research goals, assist in the conduct of research on issues associated with the allocated projects including the collection, collation and analysis of information.
  • Review project outcomes on an ongoing basis and adjust for contingencies to maintain client driven project requirements
  • Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate
