About the Role:
As the Executive Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders and the wider regional team.
You'll be joining a workplace that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while contributing to the delivery of quality education services across North Queensland.
Responsibilities Include:
This position provides high-level executive and administrative services, including:
- Diary management.
- Travel coordination.
- Records management.
- Preparation of correspondence and reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, assist in organising events and meetings, and ensure the seamless flow of information across the region.
