Step Into Your Next Chapter:
As the Administration Officer, you will support the delivery of corporate services within the school by undertaking tasks across a broad range of functions,including human resources, finance, and facilities management.
This particular role will have a focus on Accounts Receivable including but not limited to managing payments, banking, debt management, excursion planners, invoicing and statements, settle student accounts and receipting.
You will also assist the office team with general duties including:
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls; serving at parent & student/teacher counter.Use ID Attend to enter student absences, uniform passes, to locate students & classes and to enter staff departures.
- Student counter support
- Assist in lockdown and emergency drill procedures
- Assist Rolls Officer and Student Services Officer where needed

Knowledge of OneSchool, Agresso, ID Attend and Excel is desirable but not essential.
