About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the development and implementation of a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Promote and model socially just practices, high performance standards, and inclusive school culture.
- Engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development to enhance leadership and teaching practices.
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and government agencies to support student success.
- Apply strategic, future-focused leadership informed by relevant legislation and education policies.
