About the Role:
As Principal, you will lead the delivery of the department's vision by improving student educational outcomes, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and fostering strong, positive relationships with students, staff, the community, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Model ethical, values-based leadership that promotes socially just practices and sets high expectations for both student and staff performance.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development to continuously improve leadership and teaching practices.
- Build strategic partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry, and business to support student success and school improvement.
- Apply future-focused, strategic thinking and sound understanding of legislation, policy, and resource management to effectively lead the school.
