Requirements of the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day accounts payable activities, including processing payments and orders, reconciling invoices, and handling corporate card reconciliations.
- Inputting and exporting financial data using OneSchool (or equivalent systems).
- Providing administrative and support services as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
- Assisting with reception duties, including handling telephone and counter enquiries.
- Conducting stocktakes of school assets and maintaining the Asset Register.
- Supporting timesheet administration and vacancy recording.
- Undertaking additional tasks as required by the Principal or Business Manager.
About You:
- Experience with OneSchool is highly regarded, though strong computer and database skills will also be advantageous.
- You hold a current Blue Card (or are eligible to obtain one).
- You are organised, proactive, and committed to contributing to a positive school environment.
