  • Lead the school community in fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Lead the development of the consistent implementation of the school's Positive Behaviour for Learning framework, build staff capacity through coaching and collaboration, and use data-informed practices to enhance student wellbeing and engagement
  • Lead and model pedagogical reform to strengthen school-wide systems that promote positive behaviour, improve student outcomes, and nurture strong relationships between students, staff, families, and the wider community.

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
