As the PBL Coach, you will assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students, support the quality of teaching and learning across the school, and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.

• Lead the school community in fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
• Lead the development of the consistent implementation of the school's Positive Behaviour for Learning framework, build staff capacity through coaching and collaboration, and use data-informed practices to enhance student wellbeing and engagement
• Lead and model pedagogical reform to strengthen school-wide systems that promote positive behaviour, improve student outcomes, and nurture strong relationships between students, staff, families, and the wider community.
