About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared, future-focused vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Model ethical, values-based leadership while embedding inclusive and socially just practices across the school.
  • Set and sustain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
  • Engage in continuous professional learning and apply a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Build strategic partnerships and effectively manage resources to achieve school goals.
