About the Role

The Executive Support Officer - Human Resources plays a key role in the day-to-day management of support staff and workforce operations. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, induction, and training processes, maintaining staff records, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting injury management. The role also involves interpreting policies, managing timesheets and leave processes, coordinating relief staff placements, and assisting with resource and facility management. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.
