We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our school community as Principal. As Principal, you will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of school operations, ensuring high quality teaching and learning, effective governance, sound resource management, and a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive. This is a temporary full-time position until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Provide strategic leadership by developing and championing a shared vision for high-quality learning, setting high expectations, and planning for future-focused school improvement.
  • Lead with integrity and equity by upholding ethical, values-based leadership and embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by promoting high standards for student achievement, staff performance, and continuous professional learning.
  • Build strong partnerships by collaborating effectively with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Ensure effective governance and resource management by applying relevant legislation and policies while strategically managing people, finances, and resources to achieve school goals.
