With our recently implemented Learning Management System in place, our small Learning and Development team is set to redefine how our people grow, learn and impact our organisation's success. You will design and deliver high-quality, efficient learning materials for employees and partner with the Principal Advisor, Learning and Development to implement a capability-led strategy that aligns all training initiatives with our goals.

  • Researching legislation and policy to ensure training content is accurate and current.
  • Evaluating learner engagement and performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to co-create training content and project briefs.
  • Supporting the delivery of workshops, meetings and team initiatives.
  • Assisting the Principal Advisor, Learning and Development in rolling out a capability-led strategy.
  • Coaching and giving advice on using the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Refining processes and creating user guides to support training delivery.

Your Key Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and evaluating workplace training.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency with LMS platforms, eLearning authoring, video editing and graphic design tools.
  • Strong facilitation, needs-analysis and evaluation skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, training or equivalent is highly desirable.

Why Join Us?
