The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking an experienced and visionary ICT Operations and Cybersecurity Manager to lead the delivery of secure, seamless, and client-focused technology services for Members of Parliament and parliamentary staff. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of ICT and AV systems that support the democratic functions of the Queensland Parliament.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead five product teams delivering ICT and AV services across service desk, devices, broadcast, connectivity, and business systems.
- Ensure seamless, stable and secure operation of systems for Parliamentary Sittings and Committee Hearings.
- Oversee vendor relationships, monitor performance, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services aligned with organisational needs.
- Maintain cybersecurity hygiene, implement updates, manage risks, and respond to incidents to protect the Parliament's digital assets.
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning, acting as the escalation point for operational IT issues and incident management.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, including IT Service Management processes, client experience, and operational resilience.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, communication, professional development, and client service excellence.

Highly Desirable
- A degree or recognised qualifications in ICT or a related discipline.
