We recognise that our people are central to this work and are committed to fostering a diverse, respectful and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
Over the two‑year program, you will undertake structured rotations across key areas of Parliament, gaining hands‑on experience, developing practical and professional skills, and contributing to work that supports Members of Parliament and the Queensland community.
Key Objectives

Your Role
You will complete four engaging rotations across divisions including Assembly and Committee Services, Corporate and Electorate Services, Property and Facility Services, and Strategy, Policy and Planning. You'll work on real projects, support day‑to‑day parliamentary functions, and develop broad capability across policy, operations and service delivery. Your rotations will be aligned with your interests, strengths and career goals wherever possible.

- Provide administrative and coordination support to teams, committees or service areas during your rotations
- Support meetings and events, including scheduling, minute‑taking and follow‑up actions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and contribute to timely, professional responses to enquiries
- Use systems and processes to manage records, data and information accurately and confidentially
- Contribute to improvement initiatives by identifying issues, testing ideas and sharing feedback
