About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide evidence-based community mental health services as a member of the multidisciplinary mental health team to consumers with complex and severe mental health disorders.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provision of competent level assessment, formulation, treatment, risk management and case management to consumers and their families/carers who present to the service due to severe and complex mental health problems within a recovery focussed framework.
  • Actively and collaboratively participate in team clinical and professional development activities in order to support comprehensive and individualised plans of care and to achieve optimal outcomes for consumers.
  • Monitor and report on clinical practice and outcomes within clinical service area including supporting the achievement of key performance indicators.
