The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join the People and Culture Services team at The Prince Charles Hospital as a Senior People and Culture Partner (AO6) on a 12-month temporary contract.
In this hands-on role, you'll provide expert support to managers and employees, partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful workforce solutions that enhance culture, engagement, and leadership capability across the hospital.
Our operational priorities include providing timely and solution focused advice on complex workforce management matters, with a strong focus on early intervention and resolution. You will also play a key role in developing leadership capability through tailored programs and initiatives that foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in People and Culture, who is self-driven to understand the legislation and policies, develop leadership capability, and to provide guidance to our senior leaders on a wide range of complex workforce management matters.
You're confident in interpreting complex policies and enterprise agreements, you excel at providing high-quality advice to leaders and teams, you can proactively identify employee and industrial relations risk and provide advice accordingly and you understand and contribute to organisational change initiatives
Your strengths lie in effective teamwork, stakeholder engagement and guiding change through tailored programs and initiatives whilst also being an independent operator where necessary. You're proactive, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments.
Whether facilitating leadership development, managing performance and conduct matters, or delivering bespoke training, you approach challenges with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence. Your ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams makes you a valuable partner in achieving workforce goals.
