About the role
Provide ongoing review and maintenance of the Outpatient Services Wait Lists to ensure effective, on time clinical service delivery, and ensuring data reports are circulated appropriately.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Uphold an understanding of the Queensland Health policies & procedures, in particular the Specialist Outpatient Services Implementation Standard (SOSIS) in order to audit the Specialist Outpatient Waitlist.
- Maintain high level ability and knowledge in computerised information systems, including ESM, Personified Car Audit Tools (OWLs) MessageMedia, CCi portal and Excel.
- Maintain a high level of skill in keyboard and word processing skills while ensuring the maintenance of high-level patient data integrity within the Hospital and Health Service Outpatient environment.
- Circulate weekly/monthly data reports to align with data integrity within the Outpatient arena, including use of CBI dashboard, SWMIS and SRWS.
