As the Senior Advisor – Governance & Analytics, you will play a critical role in supporting the Independent Services functions, including internal audit, ethics and integrity, and customer advocacy. You will transform complex data into meaningful insights, support external audit processes, and contribute to investigations that help safeguard ethical practice and continuous improvement across the organisation.
This role involves:
- Delivering advanced data analytics, dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support evidence-based decision-making and identify trends and risks.
- Coordinating and managing external audit processes, acting as a key liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.
- Conducting data interrogation and analysis to identify anomalies or trends that may indicate potential integrity risks or breaches and supporting investigations into ethical matters.
- Supporting ethics, integrity and customer advocacy activities through high-quality analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Contributing to continuous improvement processes and effective team operations.

About you
You are a proactive, highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analytics, governance, and ethical practices. You bring strong judgement, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to supporting integrity, assurance and accountability functions.
To excel in this role, the following attributes will be your keys to success:
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, reporting and dashboard development, including the use of tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Desirable experience in governance, audit, ethics, integrity, or customer-focused environments, with an ability to adapt and contribute effectively across diverse functions.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, including experience collaborating with external auditors or other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
