About the role
Take charge of designing and overseeing our in-house technical training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards in knowledge transfer and service delivery as the Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) Training Delivery Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director, Customer Experience, you will manage a team of three, providing direct coaching and support to foster a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement are key. Utilise your subject matter expertise and collaborative mindset to develop technical training programs that align with organisational goals and continually seek ways to refine program materials.
This role involves:
- Leading the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs that enhance staff skills and ensure best practices in customer service.
- Managing and mentoring a team of three training professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Developing and maintaining high-quality training materials, including virtual and in-person resources, to ensure consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, monitor trends, and ensure programs meet the evolving requirements of the organisation and its customers.
- Driving the implementation and ongoing review of key training initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and customer outcomes.
