QPT is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Investment and Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and investment performance, to support the organisation's long term success.

You're a bold, strategic leader with the vision to guide diverse teams and influence outcomes at the highest levels. You'll excel in this role if you bring:
- Extensive financial acumen, with the confidence to navigate complex environments and drive strong organisational performance.
- Proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to oversee and deliver a diverse, large scale financial services program.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑engagement capability, with the presence and influence to provide clear, strategic and authoritative advice to executives, boards, and senior leaders.
- Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills, enabling you to interpret challenging financial landscapes and shape sound, future‑focused decisions.
- A professional accreditation—CPA, CA, or Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA/FIPA).
