About the role
The Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) portfolio at Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) offers trusted financial decision-making advocacy, education, and financial services, empowering Queenslanders to plan and prepare for significant life events.
As a Customer Administrative Officer, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality administration, telephone, and reception services to customers, service providers, and the public. Based in Toowoomba, this temporary full-time vacancy offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse customers, providing exceptional service. You'll be the welcoming face of QPT, the first point of contact for inquiries, and instrumental in maintaining a professional and supportive environment. Your role will involve administrative support, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
