In this role, you will deliver trusted financial decision‑making support and advocacy to Queenslanders, many of whom may be experiencing vulnerability, grief or significant life changes. You will manage a diverse customer matters and provide high‑quality, empathetic service while applying legislation, policy and sound judgement.
