As Regional Manager, you will provide strong leadership and operational oversight for the Redcliffe office, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑focused services aligned with Queensland Public Trustee's (QPT) Customer First Agenda and strategic objectives. You will lead a team of supervisors and staff, manage complex operational and case matters, and play a key role in delivering trusted services that protect the rights, interests and wishes of Queenslanders.
This is a temporary, full‑time role for up to six months, with the possibility of extension, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values‑driven public sector organisation.

About you
You are a confident and capable leader who balances people leadership with strong operational and commercial judgement. You thrive in a customer‑facing service environment and are comfortable managing complex matters, competing priorities and performance outcomes.
You'll succeed in this role if you bring:
- Demonstrated experience building high‑performing, customer‑focused teams.
- Strong governance and leadership capabilities aligned to strategic and operational goals.
- Experience overseeing quality and compliant case management in complex service environments, such as trusts, estates, disability services or related fields.
- A strong focus on operational excellence, with the ability to manage KPIs including revenue, expenses, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and workforce outcomes.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound professional judgement when managing sensitive customer matters and escalations.
Whilst not mandatory, experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Experience in a service delivery areas, including disability services, minor trusts, trusts, deceased estates, wills and enduring powers of attorney.
- Proven experience operating within a frontline, customer‑focused service setting.
