In this role, you will lead a frontline team delivering financial administration services, while managing complex and sensitive matters. You will provide professional advice to customers and stakeholders, mentor staff, and ensure performance and service outcomes are achieved.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity available statewide (from any QPT office).

About you
You are a confident and capable leader with a strong background in customer service, financial administration and advocacy, who can manage complexity while supporting and developing others.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring staff to achieve performance, service and quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex or sensitive matters, particularly relating to disability‑related matters.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalated enquiries and provide clear, professional advice.
- Sound financial and administrative capability, including reviewing statements of account and ensuring compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
- Well‑developed organisational skills with the ability to balance people leadership, casework and operational responsibilities.
