Are you passionate about improving how organisations capture, share and use knowledge? Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a Knowledge Manager (AO6) to join our team and play a key role in strengthening organisational capability and service delivery.

In this role, you'll manage a fast-paced, high-volume knowledge function that equips frontline teams with the information they need to deliver quality outcomes. Working across the business, you'll ensure procedures, guidance and resources are accurate, accessible and delivered at pace to meet operational demand, supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how knowledge is managed and leveraged to improve outcomes across QPT. This is a temporary opportunity available statewide up to 16 December 2026.
