About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented property professional who demonstrates strong commercial judgement, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You'll excel in this role if you have:
- Proven ability to manage and administer lease portfolios, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and optimising asset performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Sound financial acumen, including experience with invoicing, budgeting, forecasting and exercising financial delegations responsibly.
- Demonstrated project coordination capability, particularly in delivering tenant fit-outs or building works within timeframes and budget.
- High level organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records, preparing reports and managing systems.
