Are you an experienced organisational change leader with a passion for driving enterprise transformation and delivering sustainable outcomes? Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a Manager, Change to join our Project Acceleration Office (PAO) within the Corporate Services division.

Working across multiple transformation programs, you will lead the development of change frameworks, guide stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

This is a temporary, full-time opportunity based in Brisbane up to 6 months with possible extension, offering the chance to influence large-scale transformation and build organisational capability in change.

A collaborative and strategic change professional, you bring a structured yet adaptable approach to delivering enterprise-wide change across complex, multi-stream programs, underpinned by strong judgement, influence and a commitment to outcomes.

• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success delivering change across multi-stream or enterprise programs.

• A commitment to ethical, inclusive, and values-based leadership.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management or a related field will be highly regarded.
