Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking an Executive Support Officer to join our Customer Experience and Delivery team. Play a key role in supporting the executive leadership team at the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) by providing high-quality executive and administrative services across Customer Experience and Delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, you will contribute to initiatives that support quality services and positive outcomes for Queenslanders.

You will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and Regional Directors, coordinating business operations, governance activities, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support the effective delivery of portfolio priorities.
This is an exciting temporary, flexible full-time opportunity based in Brisbane until 15 October 2027.

- Proven ability to provide high-level executive and administrative support in a complex environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Well-developed written communication skills, including experience preparing correspondence, reports, briefings and other business documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support business operations through the effective administration of corporate processes, reporting activities and financial transactions.
