In this role, you'll provide executive and secretarial support to legal professionals, helping ensure the efficient management of legal matters and the smooth operation of a busy legal practice.

You'll coordinate correspondence, legal documentation, schedules and meetings, support stakeholder engagement, and assist with the effective administration of legal matters. Working closely with lawyers and administrative colleagues, you'll play an important role in enabling the delivery of professional and efficient legal services for Queenslanders.
These are two permanent, full-time opportunities based in Brisbane.

About you
You are highly organised and proactive and enjoy providing executive and administrative legal support in a fast-moving environment. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
To excel in this role, the following attributes will be your keys to success:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality executive, secretarial or administrative support in a legal environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage correspondence, appointments, documentation and competing priorities effectively.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and utilise records, document management and business information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while exercising initiative and sound judgement in the management of day-to-day responsibilities.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism and high standards of customer service.
