In this role, you will:
- Manage operational relationships with Services Australia and the Department of Veterans' Affairs, serving as the central point of contact for service matters.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to teams across the organisation including senior leadership, on complex government products, legislation, and entitlements.
- Facilitate the provision of financial advice in relation to Residential Aged Care accommodation options through external service providers.
- Design and deliver training and capability-building sessions for staff in collaboration with Services Australia and Department of Veterans' Affairs, making complex policy accessible and actionable.
- Manage systems and processes linked to the Centrelink online portal and Business Hub, ensuring secure access and operational integrity.
This is a temporary part-time (5 days per fortnight) opportunity based in Brisbane CBD. Please download the role description for more information.
