The Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) division at the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) empowers Queenslanders to plan and prepare for key life events through trusted financial services. From financial management to deceased estate administration, our team is committed to delivering quality support to our community.
As a Public Trust Officer (PTO) with the QPT, you'll provide expert financial advice and guidance, helping customers navigate complex situations such as estate administration, financial management, and trust services. Your main focus will involve preparing legal documents such as Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, ensuring customers receive timely and appropriate service and advice. You'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, offering empathetic, high-quality service to individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are facing vulnerable circumstances.
