Information Technology Support Officer

QAGOMA is seeking a customer-focused and self-motivated Information Technology Support Officer to provide support for QAGOMA staff and exhibitions.
Working within a small, experienced team, each day can bring new challenges, and you will thrive working in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
QAGOMA utilises a wide variety of technologies to prepare and display exhibitions including Windows, Mac, Point of Sale systems, mobile devices and a large range of associated software.
This role provides on-site and remote level 1 & level 2 technical support to clients by diagnosing incidents and providing remedial action to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.
You will enjoy learning new technologies and you will have proven experience in delivering quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads and prioritising tasks.
