The Child Safe Organisations team is responsible for regulating the child safe entities and reporting entities under the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024 (the Act).
As Manager, Regulation your role is to:
- Provide leadership to a team undertaking regulatory functions under the Act and promote the consistent implementation of child safeguarding legislation.
- Manage strategies to develop and improve quality in process and practice, to support the effective regulation of child safe entities and reporting entities.
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regulatory outcomes.
