  • Provide high level verbal and written advice, guidance and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance with the CSO Act.
  • Apply policies, procedures and guidelines at a high level, maintain accurate and timely records of regulatory operations and prepare investigation and issue briefs for management and senior leadership.

  • Represent the Commission at forums, meetings and community of practice working groups and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in order to facilitate the provision of appropriate advice and effective implementation of the Child Safe Standards and the Reportable Conduct schemes.
  • Apply contemporary regulatory best practice and drive continuous improvement by contributing to quality assurance initiatives across people, processes and technology within the CSO team.
  • Comply with the Commission's information security and records management policies and procedures to ensure information holding systems are kept confidential and utilised accurately and reliably.
  • Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes diversity and inclusion in everyday work, by building a workforce that represents and reflects the diverse views, experiences and backgrounds of the community we serve.
