About the Role
As the Change Manager (ePMO) within the new Project Management Office (ePMO) team, you will work with internal and external Project Management specialists and project teams to enhance the quality and consistency of change management across LAQ. From time to time, this role will also be required to lead and deliver project organisational change activities.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Build a comprehensive, tailorable, organisational change management (OCM) toolkit for use across LAQ.
- Provide advice and guidance on application of OCM principals, processes and tools.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the level of OCM awareness and skill across LAQ.
- Develop and deliver structured training sessions for change management skill uplift.
- Review the quality of change management documentation submitted on projects and provide feedback on quality.
- Review and assure OCM activities undertaken by other Change Managers within project teams.
- Support the recruitment and allocation of Change Managers/Advisors for projects.
- Directly undertake OCM project activities and planning.

How You Will be Assessed
The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following capabilities:
- You understand the role of organisational change management in projects and have in-depth knowledge of differing tactics and approaches that can be deployed to facilitate change acceptance and adoption.
- You are skilled in applying OCM principles, process and tools, and in coaching others to do the same. Your experience is multi-disciplinary and spans a wide range of project type and size with stakeholders across all organisational levels, internally and externally.
- You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you offer convincing rationale, negotiate persuasively and influence behaviour change.
Other desirable requirements
- Change Management Practitioner certificate (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
