How You'll Contribute
As Senior Team Leader, you will lead front-of-house operations to deliver a seamless, safe and engaging visitor experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, coordinate staffing and logistics, manage visitor flow, and respond to customer enquiries and issues. The role also leads safety and security functions, including emergency response and compliance with Conditions of Entry, while supporting the delivery of programs, events and exhibitions.

  • Strong organisational capability, including rostering and real-time resource management
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience handling complex customer situations and driving service excellence
  • A proactive approach to safety, compliance and fostering an inclusive team culture
