Business Support Officer, Procurement and Grants
400 George Street, Brisbane
Reporting to the Senior Business Support Officer (Procurement and Grants), this role provides specialist purchasing and procurement support across a broad range of procurement and funding activities, including a quarterly Sponsorship Program, an ongoing Bursary Program and various high-value Grant programs, as well as a variety of contracts, ITOs, RfQs, and general purchasing.
This role requires excellent attention to detail and current experience in Queensland Government procurement and/or contract management at a similar level.
It also requires knowledge (or ability to rapidly gain knowledge) of related systems, including Smarty Grants, the Queensland Procurement Solution, Eftsure and TechnologyOne, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and electronic records management systems (Content Manager or similar).
