Governance and Correspondence Officer

The Governance and Correspondence Officer coordinates, prepares, allocates, proofreads and monitors a broad range of executive correspondence, including client and service-focused documentation. The role also ensures that timeframes, protocols and quality standards are consistently met within the Office of the Commissioner.
In addition, the role provides a support function, including maintaining accurate records and coordination of meeting papers for the Queensland Mental Health and Drug Advisory Council processes, and contributing to the development and improvement of internal governance frameworks.
This role requires skills, knowledge, and demonstrated experience in delivering executive communication services. It also involves engaging and consulting with stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legislative responsibilities and governance guidelines.
