The Change Manager will design and execute strategies that deliver the organisational improvements as outlined in the Best Practice Review and support our employee's adoption of these workplace enhancements. There is a clear emphasis on addressing the human aspect of the change, including understanding the impact on QRIC employees and facilitating their adaptation to new business processes, systems, or structures.
