About the role

Permanent, fixed term temporary full time and part time opportunity to provide general and tertiary level Tier A and Tier B interventional procedures including diagnostic radiology services. The service provides quaternary imaging for the tertiary trauma service, acute and outpatient services and interventional radiology referrals from across the state, performing over 200,000 examinations per annum. 

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Be a good clinical radiologist, an excellent communicator and be responsive to incoming requests from clinicians.
• Provide diagnostic imaging reporting, as required.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement as required.
• Participate in other departmental management activities, as required
• Follow all reasonable directives of the director and hospital management.
