About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Combine your lived experience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander family kinship, culture, practices, and protocols to deliver culturally responsive services.
  • Work autonomously, applying a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge in program management.
  • Provide expert clinical care interventions for patients, including delivering tailored education on high-risk foot disease management. Manage complex patient care plans and ensure that outcomes are accurately documented using patient information systems.
