Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide routine clinical pharmacy services independently at a competent level within an evidence-based quality and multidisciplinary healthcare environment with limited professional supervision and guidance, and aligned to organisational goals, professional, legislative and ethical standards. Primary pharmacy service provision, including participation in clinical service delivery, distribution and dispensing, in-service training and professional development, and input to relevant policies and procedures

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Exercise independent professional judgement in resolving routine problems, with more complex clinical decisions and problem solving made with limited professional supervision and guidance;
• Develop clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through active learning within the team and on clinical rotations, and by engaging in professional development activities and contributing to professional knowledge, expertise and skills through presentations.
• Provide clinical education related to routine tasks for students and less experienced staff with the support of senior clinical staff;
