About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to perform both a clinical and management role in the delivery of quality clinical multimedia services. The position provides operational management of the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) Clinical Multimedia team and provides input into the strategic planning of the Clinical Multimedia Service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Initiate and recommend quality and service improvement initiatives, including the development of local guidelines, work instructions and quality assurance procedures to support the continuous improvement of service delivery
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current technical developments and industry trends in relation to clinical and non-clinical photography, videography, graphic design and print publishing
  • Collaborate with a range of multidisciplinary clinical teams to produce clinical research, education and training material.
  • Lead and work collaboratively with members of the Clinical Multimedia team to support the creation, distribution and maintenance of print and digital resources in a timely and cost-effective manner
