About the role
Provide efficient and effective delivery of food and beverage services to support the daily operations of Retail Food Services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, under the supervision of the Retail Operations Coordinator.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide exceptional customer-focused service across all retail outlets.

Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista duties, ensuring quality and consistency.

Operate Point of Sale systems to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all relevant food safety standards and procedures.

Support teamwork and flexibility by assisting across outlets as required.
