This role supports multiple service groups across CQ Health and can be filled by a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Social Worker.

About us:
Central Queensland Mental Heatlh Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Banana, Woorabinda and Central Highlands areas (catchments in excess of a population of 250,000) with services located in each area.
Rockhampton as the principal service centre for this area provides the administration of the Mental Health Act, 2016, and is the location of the acute adult inpatient facilities. In addition, there is a Adult Step Up Step Down facility located in Gladstone and a Community Care Unit located in Rockhampton.
About the role:
Provide a specialist consultation-liaison service for perinatal mental health consumers within the Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and other Drugs service (CQMHAODS), working in partnership with Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) staff and the primary health care sector to provide a pathway to care for women at risk of perinatal mental health issues.
The Perinatal Mental Health Coordinator will provide services across the Mental Health Service Group and to other Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service Groups.
About you:
Be qualified in one of the following fields with the relevant registration:
- Occupational Therapy
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Registered Nurse
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
