About us:
CQ Oral Health Service provides dental services throughout the Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Banana and Central Highlands area at no cost for children and adults who are eligible. There are a range of services provided by Oral Health such as:
- Dental check-ups
- X-rays
- Fillings
- Extractions
- Dentures
- Advice on the best ways to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy
- Emergency treatment
- Referral to specialist services
About the role:
To provide an effective and efficient administrative reception and booking service for eligible clients at Community Dental Clinics, while facilitating a high level of customer service.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability to follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures, internal and state-wide guidelines relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, equitable, safe services and workplaces.
- Demonstrated ability to use strong communication and negotiation skills to respond to inquiries from internal and external clients, researching system capabilities and determining if customer's requests can be met, as well as ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team and with patients/clients.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer-based information systems effectively and efficiently. with expertise for data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $36,107 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
