About the role:
Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering clinical services to consumers in Central Queensland Health (CQ Health) area, covering a range of clinical conditions and complexity. This position operates within a Professional Skill-Sharing and Delegation (PSSD) model of care by participating in supervision and training in the use of delegated clinical tasks, and by delivering within the scope of clinical practice.
- Contribute to consumer care by providing advanced clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of a health professional.
- Support and mentor less experienced Allied Health Assistants.
About you:
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent is mandatory for this position.
- This position requires the incumbent to undertake manual handling tasks that may include pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, reaching above shoulder height and reaching to the floor.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $92,813 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $38.36 - $41.02 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
