About the role:
This role presents an opportunity to support CQHHS in meeting legislative and regulatory obligations in Aged Care. The role is based within the Aged Care and Clinical Rehabilitation Unit (ACCRS) and manage compliance activities and reporting across all of our CQHHS sites, which includes Residential Aged Care Homes and Multi-Purpose Health Services. The focus is on fulfilling reporting requirements whilst also enhancing the quality of services we deliver.
About you:
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex and or multi-faceted situations and data sources, problem solve and report to various stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret; relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards or ability to develop knowledge.
- High level computer literacy with ability to manipulate and present data in meaningful way, produce and adapt materials between MS office software packages to meet output format requirements, operate reporting systems etc.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
