About us:

The Maternal and Child Health Service in Rockhampton, provides a range of services, including the Child and Family Health Service, School Base Youth Health Service, and the Extended Midwifery Service.

The School Based Youth Health Service is centred on prevention, early intervention, and harmonisation strategies. The service operates within state secondary school environments and the service is delivered by Queensland Health clinical nurses with expertise in Adolescent Health.

About the role:

  • Provide high level administration support to the Nurse Unit Manager and support the clinical teams in delivering quality services.
  • Provide efficient reception and booking service for patients, consumers, and carers of the Maternal, Child and Youth Health Services. Maximising booking scheduling and performing various administration duties with a high standard of care and customer service.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $4,720 is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
